What is Love?! Love Mediations is a guided practice built upon the foundational charge to meditate on The Bible’s definition of love in 1 Corinthians 13. Led by Meagan Ford, we will explore the following pillars to better understand how to love ourselves, engage others, and nurture our environments:
Mindfulness: Clarity on love’s original characteristics, derived from Biblical scriptures.
Meditation: Guided prompts that encourage daily reflection on love agency.
Movement: Intentional fitness for physical alignment, optimal health, and mental clarity. (Mat Pilates and walking are the primary tools, but can be adjusted to personal needs)
Invite your family, friends, or anyone you know in need of more love to join us every 4th Thursday for focused love discussion.
